A. Bringing Sexy Back  Boot Camp uses resistance training exercises to tone your muscles and body weight exercise drills to build your endurance. We use "Workout Muse"  a fitness revolution to keep us focused. We will burn the maximum amount of calories in our sessions to guarantee your weight loss and transform your body! You show up and we will see that you get a AWESOME workout!
Q. How long do sessions last?
A. 45 minutes , intense workout!
Q. How many weeks is the camp?
Our camps are 4 weeks in length. However, they are continual with no breaks. Most of our campers have been with us for approximately 6 months to a year!
Q. What is a typical workout like?
A. Bringing Sexy Back  Boot Camp we first say HELLO and WELCOME YOU. You will start with a warm up that will prepare your joints and muscles for dynamic movements and body weight exercise (Squats, Pushups, Athletic Drills, Coordination Drills, Lunges, Burpees, Mountain Climbers and anything else we can think of to get you in the best shape of your life, we love our Mountain Climbers) We offer a variety of exercises to keep you going for 20 minutes of INTENSE workout,  we finish with a stretch routine to loosen up those tired muscles, prayer/ mediatiation(optional), a HIGH FIVE and Shout out Stay Sexy For Life CHANT!
Q. Do I need to be in shape to join?
A. No, not at all!. All fitness levels are welcome. We just want you to give 110% and do your best.
Q. Will I be sore?
A. Most people feel some soreness for the first few sessions. After that point, your body WILL adapt and overcome.
Q. How soon will I see results?
A. Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days. "Visual Improvement" can take from two to four weeks depending on your level of effort. It's becoming common to see a camper go down 1-3 dress sizes within the first camp. Remember, everyone is different! We can't promise you that this will happen, consistency is the key!

A. Bringing Sexy Back Boot Camp offers a great schedule for busy women. We have camps Monday-Thursday, Saturday mornings. We will be adding a
SUNDAY S.H.O.U.T camp beginning in July, so you get us Sunday-Thurs, and Saturday!
